History
The Durham Region used to be combined with Northumberland and the two regions still share the same Honorary President, Director of Rugby at Newcastle Falcons, Rob Andrew. They also continue to work together on the fundraising and projects. A recent example of this is jointly supporting the National project at Percy Hedley Foundation.
