Jackie Morton - 2008 Marathon des Sables in Morocco
 In March/April 2008 Jackie is taking part in the Marathon des Sables in Morocco. This amazing challenge comprises running 150 miles in five and a half days. Over the next eighteen months, not only will Jackie been training hard but she will also be raising funds for Wooden Spoon. Please support her endeavour by donating to her justgiving website. Michael Dodd - Clipper Round-the-World Yacht Race
 Michael Dodd is taking part in a leg of the longest race in the world, The Clipper Round the World Yacht Race. He is racing in leg 5 which will be 3500 miles across the Pacific Ocean from China to North America.
It will involve about 9 weeks of very hard work, not a lot of sleep and a lot of water!!

Tim Kidney – Flora London Marathon

Gareth Howells - Flora London Marathon
Gareth has been lucky enough to obtain a Ballot place in the Flora London and has nominated Wooden Spoon as the Charity for whom he runs.
