Ford Ranger Great Lakeland Challenge 2008
After 12 fantastic years, this was going to be the last year to take part in England’s toughest tri-sport charity challenge. But its popularity could ensure it bakes a come back! Teams of three, supported by a driver, canoe England’s longest lake, cycle Wrynose and Hardknott, the steepest passes before conquering England’s highest peak, Scafell Pike.

The Four Peaks Challenge 2008
Spoon’s most popular challenge looks set to be the best yet to celebrate the 25th anniversary year. Teams of three plus a driver will conquer Ben Nevis, Helvellyn, Snowdon and Carantouhill and the 1900 miles in between in less than 48 hours. Only a few places left for 2008, so get in touch now.

Teams of 10-15 people will participate in a Dragon Bopat Racing Day at Hurley (Near Marlow) on the River Thames in this first venture into the sport. COme and join in the fun.

The End2End Cycle Challenge
What better way to enjoy the August Bank Holiday week than hitting the UK roads on two wheels and cycling from John O'Groats to Land’s End. Eight days to cycle more than 850 miles, with support team and all evening meals and accommodation arranged. See Britain as never before!

The London Marathon
Fancy taking part in the single biggest annual fundraiser nation-wide? Spoon has 18 Golden Bond entries for the 2009 London Marathon. We ask everyone to register their interest at the Spoon Challenges website and also to apply for the public ballot so we can maximise the number of Spoon runners. This year, public ballot online registrations open at 12pm Sunday, 13th April at the London Marathon website.
