| In 2008, to celebrate Spoon’s 25th anniversary, a team of cyclists will take part in the End 2 End Challenge, pedaling more than 850 miles, along the length of Britain, from John O’Groats to Land’s End, in just eight days!
Without doubt the most taxing yet fulfilling of the Spoon challenges, the cyclists will see Britain as never before. From the inspiring mountains of Scotland, the lakelands of northern England, through the outstanding scenery of the Wye Valley, up and down the Devon hills to the rugged Cornish coast.
The End 2 End Challenge takes place from Saturday, 23 to Saturday, 30 August 2008. Challengers will start each day together, but invariably will break into small groups depending on their pace. Challengers, who are backed-up by a team of support vehicles, will have all accommodation, breakfasts and lunches provided, as well as challenge shirts.
